Reminder on the Modified Rules for the Mac

10.2.3 Relaxed One Design Racing: All Non-Championship Events and races with a scheduled length in excess of 25 nautical miles shall be Level "C" events and shall be governed by the following additional changes to the Class Rules (unless further modified by special addenda provided for in 9.2.2):

· Class Rule 3.4 (Driver Rule) is suspended.
· Class Rule 6.3 (Limitation on number of sails to be carried and substitution of sails) is suspended.
· Class Rule 7.1 (Crew Weight limitation) is suspended.
· Class Rule 7.9 (Adjustment of Rigging) is modified by deleting the words “the standing rigging (other than the backstay)”. The modified rule will read:

”7.9 While racing, the location of the mast butt shall not be adjusted.”
